Subscription Policy

1. Premium Plan Details

We offer a single Premium Plan providing unlimited PDF conversions, watermarking, password protection, and unlimited Japanese Rirekisho downloads.

• Price: $4.99 per month (plus applicable local taxes).
• Trial Period: 3 days. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• Billing Cycle: Automatic recurring monthly billing, starting immediately after the 3-day trial period ends.

2. Billing & Payment Process

Our subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

• Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers (including Stripe and KOMOJU). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• If a billing attempt fails, we will notify you and may re-attempt the charge. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of your Premium features.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• How to cancel: Go to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section in your account dashboard and click the "Cancel" option.
• Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle (or the main subscription after your free trial), you must cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period or the current monthly billing period.
• Post-Cancellation Access: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.

4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust our subscription price. If we change our subscription price, we will notify you in advance via the email address associated with your account or through the dashboard. The new price will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
